We strive to provide high-quality web design and hosting services tailored to your needs. Please review our refund policy below to understand the conditions and process for requesting a refund.

Web Design Services

  • An initial deposit or payment for web design services is generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If you request a refund before any design work has started (such as before your initial consultation or before any deliverables are provided), you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel after the design phase has begun but before development starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund (typically up to 50% of the total project fee).
  • Once the website enters the development phase or is delivered for review, refunds are no longer available.
  • If a project is canceled or postponed after work has started, all monies paid to that point are retained to cover time and resources invested.

Hosting Services

  • Hosting service fees are refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase for new signups only.
  • After 30 days, hosting fees (including renewals) are non-refundable.
  • Add-on service fees are non-refundable

Social Media Marketing Services

  • Payments for social media marketing (SMM) services are generally non-refundable once campaign planning, content creation, or account setup has begun.
  • If you request a refund before any work has started (such as before strategy development or content scheduling), you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel after initial work has commenced but before the campaign is launched, you may be eligible for a partial refund (typically up to 50% of the total service fee), reflecting the work already completed.
  • Once the campaign is live or content has been published to your social media accounts, refunds are no longer available.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the results, we encourage you to contact our support team within 14 days of campaign completion to discuss possible solutions, which may include campaign adjustments or additional support, but not a refund.

Quote-Based Projects

  • All graphic design projects are custom-quoted based on your specific requirements and scope of work.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your project. This deposit covers initial consultations, research, and concept development.
  • If you request a cancellation before any design work has started, you may be eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
  • Once design work has commenced, refunds are generally not available due to the creative time and resources invested. However, if you cancel before project completion, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, less the value of work already completed (typically 20–50% may be retained as a credit or service fee).
  • No refunds are available after final files have been delivered or the project is marked as complete.
  • If you believe the delivered design does not meet the agreed-upon brief or is not unique, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and may offer revisions or a partial refund if the issue is substantiated.
  • Refunds are not available if you approve the design and later request changes, or if you fail to provide required feedback or materials within the project timeline.

How to Request a Refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at contact@myspot.design.
  • Please include your order number, the service(s) in question, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions and Additional Terms

  • Website Design - No refunds are available after the website is delivered, published, or after 30 days from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
  • Social Media Marketing - No refunds are available after the campaign has been fully executed or after 14 days from the campaign’s completion, whichever comes first.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the terms above are not met or if significant work has been completed.
