Website design

Whether you are starting fresh or you have an existing site that needs a full refresh, we can do it all.
All plugins required for the functionality offered below are included in the set up costs. If no maintenance package is purchased at the end of the build, clients must purchase the plugin licenses for future plugin updates.

Keep your website running smoothly with our ongoing updates and maintenance services. We handle everything from regular content updates to security checks, ensuring that your site remains current, functional, and secure. A la carte updates
A la carte updates are based on how long it takes to complete the request. Estimates will be provided after review, however, sitewide updates and troubleshooting will be billed based on time spent depending on the complexity.

Maintenance plans
Subscribing to one of our monthly maintenance plans is the best way to keep your site up to date and saves you money compared to our hourly rates.
Each plan also comes with monthly plugin updates so you don't have to worry about maintaining plugin security or worrying about a plugin update bringing your site down.

Hosting
Our reliable website hosting services ensure your site is fast, secure, and always accessible. With various plans to suit different needs, we provide robust support and performance monitoring, allowing you to focus on what you do best while we handle the technical details.
Base cost
Hosting cost depends on many factors, how large your site is, how much traffic you get to your site, and the processes that happen on the backend for different functionality types. If your site needs additional resources not covered by this fee, we will discuss options and fees and move you to a different hosting fee tier.

*Important note: If client is found being abusive to server resources or sending spam or any other form of harassment from their website, actions will be taken to remove the site from the server and banned from further use of the servers provided by My Spot.

Graphic design and brand management

Logo design
Starting a business and need a logo created, or are you wanting to update your existing brand? After a consultation, we will provide 3 concepts for you to pick your favorite. From there you will get two rounds of revisions to hone in on the perfect logo to showcase your brand. You will receive your logo in black and white, full color and a single color of your choice along with a working file and png files to start using your logo right away!

We can help keep your brand on track with a customized brand guide either for your existing brand or if you need a new brand created. You will receive a PDF to share with your marketing team and any other contractors you work with, and we will add a page to your site, if you have one with us, outlining your brand guide specific to the website.
